CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sulpt 903 LLC, we value your time and commitment. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Notice Requirement: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. No-Show Policy: In the event that a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the card on file will be charged the full service fee. 3. Prepaid Sessions: If a client has prepaid for a session and fails to provide the required notice, that session will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded. 4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have a valid emergency and are unable to provide the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. *Deposits are non refundable.
